Printing digitally provides more affordable low volume printing along with greener, more efficient production compared to offset; not to mention faster turnaround times and productivity.
Our digital department features a Xerox iGen 4 digital press with a maximum sheet size of 14.33” X 26” and a Xerox iGen 3 digital press with a maximum sheet size of 14.25” X 22.5”. Both iGens will accept a variety of paper stocks including many textured stocks. These large sizes also allow for greater options for short run full color printing projects. In addition to the full color digital presses, we also have two Xerox 6180 high speed black and white machines.
With our state-of-the-art variable data printing (VDP) technology, we can use your customer mailing list or customized client database to create pieces—letters, invoices and full-color postcards, etc.—that are personalized to each individual recipient. VDP allows us to automatically change the text, graphics and address from one piece to the next at full printing speed, meaning that the process is both fast and cost-effective.

The Igen4 can produce at 110 ppm and has a max sheet size of 14.33'' x 26'' which enables jobs that aren't possible on a traditional digital press.
